The Fox and the Grapes

Once upon a time, there lived a fox. He did not have any food for a few days so he was as hungry as a horse. He was on an empty stomach.

He saw a grape orchard, and the grapes there were juicy. He thought that it was as easy as pie to get them. He got carried away.

He jumped up to get the grapes but missed them. He tried to reach them several times but still failed.

At last he gave up. He thought, the grapes are sour!’ He thought the grapes were not his cup of tea! He pretended that he didn’t want them and walked away.

Thank-you Letter

Dear Miss Lee,

How are you? I have studied in NPGPS for six years and I will graduate in July. Thank you for always taking care of us. We have known you for four years.
I would like to say thank you for everything that you have done for us.

You are a kind and helpful teacher. You are my English teacher when I was in Primary 5. Your English lessons are the greatest!
You help me solve the harder homework. When I lost my confidence, you always encouraged me. I have improved my English and my self-confidence.

You are so patient and creative. You help us create new games and interesting ideas. You made us understand that we should be considerate.
We need to care for others and tell right from wrong. Sometimes, you will give us some little presents. I will remember all the good things that
you have given us.

I will remember all you have done for us. I will study harder in my secondary school. I will come back and visit you soon.
I hope you can always smile and be happy.

Happy teaching!
Best wishes,
Faye Ko
